When you place an order through www.timduke-uk.com you are making an offer to purchase the item(s). You also allow us to use your information to process the order. A confirmation email will be sent — please check it and notify us of any errors.

PRICING

All prices exclude VAT at the current rate and will be applied where required. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

PAYMENTS

Payments are processed securely via PayPal. We do not have access to your card details.

PRINT QUALITY AND IMAGE LONGEVITY

Giclée canvas prints should not fade for at least 100 years if kept out of direct sunlight. Archival paper prints should last at least 70 years, although slight discolouration may occur over time.

Avoid direct heat sources such as radiators or fires, and do not hang prints in damp environments like bathrooms.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order within 3 working days of receiving confirmation for a full refund within 30 days. After this period, a 20% administration charge will apply.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRINTS OR FRAMES

All prints are made to order. We will replace faulty or damaged items as quickly as possible. Items are securely packaged in reinforced materials to prevent damage.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES

Customers outside the UK mainland may be subject to customs charges, which must be paid by the customer.
